The Summer Blitz tournament at Proctors (5 SS, G/5, d0) took place on August 25, 2014, Monday, from 11:00 through 12:30. There’s no morel time to sign up for the many prizes or to meet the great champions who attend this ongoing service in the Electric City, Schenectady.
The Summer Chess in the (Electric) City program concluded with many prizes on Monday, Aug. 25 under the Proctors Marquee. Exciting Wins and Near-Misses were had by many good wishers. Free, and open to all. Sign-ups were on site allowed until 11:00 for the 5 round tournament, with Game in 5 minutes and no time delay.
