Welcome to 2025-2026 TRM chess year!!! We are excited to announce our first tournament for this season at Bethlehem Central Middle School scheduled for Saturday, September 27th, 2025. Many thanks to Bethlehem CSD & Dr. Mike Klugman for providing us with space to hold our tournament.
Check below for more details on TRM 185. Game rules will be based on the rules published for over the board tournaments on the US Chess Federation website.

We highly recommend entering online so that we can minimize on-site registrations. In the last couple of tournaments we had to delay our start time for the round one due to a large number of on-site entries. We will only take on-site entries before 9.45 am on the event day and whoever enters after 9.45 will be paired from round 2 with a 1/2 point bye for round one.
Additionally, If you are interested in renewing or getting USCF membership on-site, please let the tournament director know by 9.30am.

We strongly encourage you to send us an email or text us @ 509-263-8897 by 8:00 am on the day of tournament in case you would like to withdraw from the tournament.
Awards: Trophies to 1st, 2nd and 3rd if more than 8 players in the section. Medals for 2.5 or more on 4. Medals for 2/4 if this is your 1st or 2nd TRM event.
Team Awards: There will not be any team awards this year.
