Thankful for the generous cash donations of many parents and coaches some much needed regeneration of tournament equipment is at hand.  New boards have been ordered to replenish our supply.  Clocks are next under consideration, as the dedicated players have shown great versatility in getting the most usage from the stock on hand. If you wish to help with  events and matching your talents / ideas please join us at our board meetings that follow awards at our tournaments.  Email brjohn@juno.com with comments, questions and whatever you find worthwhile to serve our youth, particularly with chess and education.

Planning ahead makes for success in chess and in life.  To serve you better as you educate yourself and our youth your voice is needed and heeded.  Come and participate in vibrant chess competition for fun and family. A compact meeting (15 min.) follows each tournament to listen and learn how to improve and facilitate all facets of chess clubs, play, competition and fun.
