Rating Improvement Tournaments for Summer.  Fund Raisers for The Right Move, “Free Chess for Youth”;  Academy Hall Auditorium, 15th Street and College Ave. Format = 16 player swiss system with 3 rounds using accelerated pairings.  All play three games with Game 60; delay 5 seconds. (Games 11:00, 1:30 and 4:00).  EF $15 for those age 25 and above, $10 for ages 15-24, and $5 for under age 15.  $3 additional for on-site registration after 10:30. Prizes: 50% to First ($100 guaranteed), 25% to second.  Current USCF Membership required.  (Lower sections may have more than 16 players.) Dates:
